In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will pay all shipping charges to retrieve and replace that item (CueStore.com must be notified within 10 days of delivery).

Unfortunately, we can't offer free returns or exchanges to customers outside the United States.

Please note: While we make every effort to ensure our products are shipped defect-free, please inspect and roll your cue prior to chalking it. All other products must be unused and in their original packaging to receive a full refund or credit.
